Our story

From a single shop floor to a trusted brand.

Ace Business Systems was founded in 2002 by Mr. S. Muruganandan with a simple conviction: Indian offices and banks deserve hardware that just works, backed by service that actually shows up.

Starting from a small store in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, we built our reputation one installation at a time — laminators that ran reliably in the heat, shredders that handled real workloads, currency counters that branches could trust.

Two decades on, our catalogue spans premium office automation and banking equipment, supported by our in-house service team and pan-India logistics.

Founder's note

"We started Ace to remove a small but constant frustration — businesses buying equipment that nobody would service. Twenty years on, the answer is still the same: pick the right machine, install it carefully, and pick up the phone every time it rings."
